It is always important to eat a balanced diet — and it’s even more important during pregnancy because whatever is eaten by the would be mother is the main source of nutrients for her baby. However, many women don’t get enough iron, folate, calcium, vitamin D and protein. It is very important for the would be mothers to eat more foods filled with the above mentioned nutrients. A prenatal diet session was organized on Saturday at KIMS Cuddles to educate the would be mothers about the importance of proper and nutritious diet.
