Meet the brave premature twins from Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, who defied all odds! Born weighing just 1.4 kg & 1.5 kg, these little fighters battled severe infections, organ failure, and dangerously low platelet counts.

🚁 In a first-of-its-kind airlift, they were rushed to KIMS Cuddles, Kondapur, where our expert neonatal team, led by Dr. Aparna C, fought tirelessly to save them.

💙 After a month of intensive care, multiple blood transfusions, and round-the-clock monitoring, the twins made an incredible recovery! Today, they’re healthy, breastfeeding, and growing stronger every day.
